By accessing or making a purchase at Cris D. Studio (“we,” “our store”), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Nature of products (print-on-demand)

All products offered are printed on demand through third-party production partners (including, but not limited to, Printful). This means:

• Minor variations in color, cut, or finish may occur between what is shown on screen and the final physical product, due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes;

• Production and shipping timelines are generally longer than for ready-stock products;

• We do not guarantee continued availability of a specific design or size, as we depend on the availability of our production partners.

3. Intellectual property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, and visual content available in this store are original works by Cris D. and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a physical product printed with this artwork does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. Reproduction, distribution, resale, modification, or commercial use of the images without prior written authorization is prohibited.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be changed at any time without prior notice; the price in effect at the time of checkout applies. Import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or other local charges applicable to your country

7. User conduct

By using our store, you agree not to: (a) provide false payment or shipping information; (b) use the site for fraudulent purposes; (c) attempt to access systems or data without authorization; (d) infringe third parties’ intellectual property rights.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “last modified” date on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), without prejudice to consumer protection rights guaranteed under the buyer’s country of residence, where mandatorily applicable (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for buyers in the European Union and United Kingdom).
