How long does it take to receive my order?

Every piece is printed on demand specifically for you. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, and shipping takes 5 to 15 business days depending on your country, for an estimated total of 7 to 20 business days. You'll receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that import duties, customs taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.

What sizes are available?

Each print comes in multiple sizes, shown on the product page with pricing for each option. If you're unsure which size fits your space best, feel free to reach out at crisdtattoo@gmail.com.

Are the prints framed?

No, our prints are shipped unframed to keep costs down and give you the freedom to choose a frame that matches your style.

What paper do you use?

All prints are made on museum-quality matte paper with archival-quality inks for rich blacks and long-lasting color.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we offer a free replacement or refund — see our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, the piece is already in production and can't be changed.
